Everybody. A competition that provokes reflection
Once again, the Legnica International Jewellery Art Festival SREBRO has sparked a great deal of excitement. This year's theme – EVERY BODY – and the jury's selection of awards were widely discussed long after the official results were announced. One of the festival's most important goals has thus been achieved: stimulating reflection.
T² – „Momentary” Amber Duet
The jurors of the Amberif Selection 2026 competition were unaware that their decision would determine the fate of a new jewellery project. The distinction awarded to the set of brooches created by Tomasz Kargul and Tadeusz Dobkowski became the impetus without which the T² duo would probably not have decided to continue their collaboration.

Amber Nightingale - symbol of music and art
The Amber Nightingale is much more than a musical statuette. It is the history, craftsmanship and identity of the region encapsulated in a unique form made of amber and silver. It is also a symbol of dreams, emotions and artistic aspirations. Thanks to the vision of the excellent artist Bogdan Mirowski, the little amber bird has become an icon of Polish pop culture, becoming permanently inscribed in the history of music and art.
„Of Shadows” - Amber and shadow in jewellery by Fumiko Gotô
Japanese jewellery designer Fumiko Gotô, who worked as an architect and designer for more than 30 years, has been successfully creating art jewellery for several years. Her work combines Japanese aesthetics, architectural experience and a clear inspiration from nature. One of her most interesting designs is „Of Shadows”, in which she uses Baltic amber and black buffalo horn.

Tomasz Kargul, a goldsmith by training, a designer by passion and with many years of experience, has joined the prestigious Amber of the Year award, given for outstanding achievements in promoting Baltic amber.
