An interesting proposal, prepared especially for the Gold Silver Time fair, is the new, geometric collection from Eva Stone. It is aimed at bold and modern women who prefer unconventional shapes over typical shiny silver surfaces.
The amber set in silver mounts is naturally transparent and lemon-coloured. The surfaces of the mounts surprise with perforations of various sizes, giving them an interesting effect of lightness and modernity. Through the transparent stones, the openwork underside of the mounts is visible.
Geometric shapes dominate the collection, applied to both amber stones and metal. Circles, rectangles, and triangles are the leading motif of this collection. The non-shiny, brushed, and blackened metal surfaces are intended as an alternative response to the typical combination of silver and amber. The matte surfaces of the silver are not only different from mainstream jewellery, but they also allude to unique and designer jewellery, and above all, to jewellery treated individually by its creators.
