Organisers of the International Amber, Jewellery and Collectibles Fair, Amberif, who wish to participate in the Mercurius Gedanensis jewellery competition, must submit their entries to the organiser, Międzynarodowe Targi Gdańskie SA, by 10 March this year.

The competition is traditionally held in three categories: design, technical innovation, and jewellery mastery, in which awards and distinctions are granted. The winners receive a statue for 1st place (Grand Prix) and Gold Medals. Participants may submit a maximum of 3 works / jewellery sets, which must not have been previously presented or awarded in any other competition.
The aim of the competition is to distinguish jewellery made in line with contemporary fashion trends and crafted with impeccable jewellery techniques, as well as to promote Polish goldsmithing and amber industries. This year marks the 14th edition of the competition. The results of the competition and the award ceremony will take place on March 13th during the Fashion and Amber Gala at the Baltic Philharmonic in Gdańsk.
