Gold jewellery is consistently in fashion
Although trends know no national boundaries, every market is governed by its own rules; in each one, manufacturers and importers respond to the expectations of local consumers and try to satisfy them on an ongoing basis. And these can be very different indeed, argues Patryk Adamski from Brykon, a company offering gold and diamond jewellery.
This diversity of market expectations is reflected in Brykon’s latest collection, in which it is difficult to find any dominant trends or design motifs. The company focuses on a rich assortment of jewellery in various price ranges so that as many customers as possible can find something for themselves. One can notice classic, timeless designs of bracelets, rings and earrings that never go out of style and will always be „on trend”. In addition to the classics, there are also references to contemporary trends, such as elongated earring shapes or chain links in necklaces and bracelets, which are currently so heavily promoted in fashion.
A diverse product range across various price points is our strategy for difficult times marked by the tangible effects of the war in Ukraine, high inflation, and the ongoing impoverishment of the middle class. Despite this, we look to the future positively, anticipating the possibility of growth at a similar pace to-date and the continuation of our expansion into European markets. Hence our presence at the AMBERIF SPRING trade fair in Gdańsk, which is an important tool for building and strengthening the brand, maintaining business contacts with existing clients, and acquiring new partners – explained Patryk Adamski.
Silver jewellery – an attractive alternative to gold
An alternative to gold jewellery – particularly for those with less disposable income and a desire to satisfy the need to purchase new, fashionable jewellery – is silver jewellery. Thanks to treatments such as gold-plating and oxidising, as well as the limitless possibilities of combining it with coloured stones, the range offered by manufacturers in this segment is exceptionally rich.
In the latest collection of silver jewellery, which is more diverse than before in order to satisfy the tastes of even the most demanding customer, we have focused primarily on „illumination”, which we achieve by adding colours, mainly through gilding, informed Rafał Stachurski from Argentum.
The company's offer is dominated by delicate jewellery inspired by current fashion trends. These are reflected, among other things, in spatial forms that add volume to bracelets and necklaces, as well as hoop earrings and elongated ear ornaments that draw attention through the use of coloured stones or pearls, which remain invariably fashionable this season too.
At the same time, Argentum is minimising the size of its jewellery to make it as affordable as possible for the consumer. According to a market analysis of silver jewellery conducted by the company, the amount spent on jewellery by end customers has decreased by approx. 30%, which has resulted in the need to adapt the offer to their financial capabilities.
