Mariacka Street: In and around this picturesque Gdańsk street there are many galleries and workshops selling jewellery made of amber set in silver or gold. Gdańsk has been the cradle of the amber craft for centuries, the traditions of which are cultivated by contemporary workshops.
Long Embankment: On the former harbour pier, which stretches from the Green Gate to the Fish Market and is now a popular place for walks for Danzigers and tourists, there are a number of galleries and workshops offering amber products.
