The exhibition will feature over 30 jewellery prototypes, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern design and technology. The artists use two organic materials historically associated with the sea \u2013 amber and pearl \u2013 giving them a fresh, contemporary form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, this is not merely an artistic experiment. The projects presented were conceived for real-world implementation in production and sale in renowned jewellery showrooms worldwide. All pieces were crafted using advanced CAD\/CAM technologies, 3D printing, and innovative jewellery-making methods, showcasing the direction in which contemporary jewellery design is evolving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The authors of the collection are students from the Experimental Design Studio at the Faculty of Design, Academy of Fine Arts in Gda\u0144sk:

The realisation of prototypes in the target materials was made possible by the collaboration of designers, technologists, and partners from Poland and Hong Kong, including Profilex, S&A SA, Hong Kong Design Institute, and experts associated with the cultured pearl and modern jewellery technology industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The exhibition will be an opportunity to meet young creators, learn about the backstage of modern jewellery making, and see how amber and pearls inspire a new generation of designers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
